Friday night and the staff was not well planned out. Some employees not doing anything at all. We waited 30 min for our order.... THEN, we get home with our food and find a hair with our chicken and questionable smelling coleslaw that wasn't even fullyportioned. This place is in dire need of better management asap. Ordered food with a new card. Immediately after (hadn't even left the drive thru) a fraudulent $265 charge was put on the card.... Had to cancel the card, bank doesn't even know if they can block the payment. I wouldn't go here until this is looked into, willremove the review once I've heard if something's changed. Read more

Service was kind of slow (for one item) but the spicy chicken sandwich was good! Really good, actually.

Wouldn't go there again. I put an online order then went in 10 minutes after the order have been submitted. Saw my order on the... screen. Told them I was here. They were unbelievably slow and it wasn't busy. The drive-thru was literally getting the food thatwe had ordered online. The cashier spent more time staring at the screen of orders then actually taking people orders. Peopleleft the line! In addition to this, there was an employee walking around on their phone in the back. I'm pretty sure you'resupposed to keep your phone in your pocket when you're on the floor per sanitary reasons at the least. We left after standingthere watching our food get cold for another 15 minutes and it still wasn't ready! I'm just at least appreciative that theonline folks were able to give us our refund. This was our first time getting Popeyes at this location. It was NOT our first time at Popeyes. I got a 2pc Breast and Wing... Combo with Mac and Cheese and biscuit. The chicken was ok. It was just ok, not great.. But the Mac and cheese (pictured in thephotos.) Was NASTY! The biscuit was burned. I am so freaking disappointed!! Read more

Best place ever the employees are the friendliest people ever in the drive through and lobby!! And they even have the times on... when they open and close on the front door 11/10 place would recommend to everyone and they lobby is so quick and fast I?m nevergoing to the drive through again Read more

The chicken was good, but the prices were outrageous for fast food. 45$ to feed 4 people. That was for 2 tiny sides. 2 out of 4... had stomach upset later that night. Nothing major but definitely was something to consider if you are sensitive. Also the drivethrough was a challenge to exit with a big truck. Was so excited to get this restaurant and it?s a major disappointment. Loweryour prices by about 1/3 and I will eat there again. I will add, The staff were polite and fast and our order was correct. One week in and they definitely have work to be done with the correctness of orders. The young adults at the front counter had... no guidance and were to busy talking about other stuff, they were not paying attention to what was being bagged. There was 3?managers? on duty- one was leaving, but no one was making sure these kids were doing their jobs correctly. I was missing a Macand cheese, an extra sauce that paid for and the French fry order for an adult meal looked like something that would be in akids meal, they almost let me walk out without my blackened tenders(those are made to order so takes a little longer).
