Waited for 35 minutes total with only 1 car in front of me. The 1 car was at the window for 25 minutes because the staff is to... lazy or dumb to have the car pull forward and bring the food out to the car when the food was ready. Over 10 cars where behindme before this was over. Many where honking and yelling. I didn't even bother to get my food because I was to upset by thistime. Horrible worst service ever. This is the Worst Taco Bell in the U.S.A. They must go out of there way to hire to dumbest and dirtiest people available. We sat... here for 40mins waiting for our food while the Employees all played around taking and flipping through there phone. They all hadextreme attitudes when asked about my order. They should Re-Staff the entire store including the Managers. The place wasabsolutely disgusting. You can see tons of cross contamination as they slide your taco down a the guard that is covered ineverything they have made for the last week. How is this place operating with out issue. Didnt even end up getting food. Ordered online and went in to grab it, nobody helped up and staff was just standing around... talking. The food looked gross so we decided it wasn?t worth it. Everyone in the lobby was waiting for the whole time we werethere and people were coming up saying their order was messed up. I stopped coming to this Taco Bell due to how constantly poor the quality is. See detailed list below: 1. Tortillas are always... dry and cold. NEVER soft and warm. 2. Sometimes there's barely any meat. 3. Sometimes there's barely any lettuce. 4. Sometimesthere's barely any cheese. 5. The ratio of meat, veggie and cheese is somehow always off. 6. One time I ordered a cheesy gorditacrunch, got home and it was missing the outer wrap. It was just a crunchy taco.. 7. The staff is usually teenagers who seem likethey could care less. 8. The inside is always extremely dirty. Peak behind the counter and you wont believe the conditions yourfood is being made in. We should really consider reporting them to corporate due to this being the ONLY Taco Bell in ColumbiaCounty. Read more

There was A discouraging line but thankfully I got in it and it moved surprisingly fast! I got a steak power bowl and it was... amazing!
