There was no line, a very nice lady waited on us and the food was ready quickly. Order was correct. It was very clean including... the restrooms. It does have wheelchair accessibility. And if you sit in the right spot you have a beautiful view of LakeMichigan. Lots of parking! Read more
Went to have breakfast at McDonald's but had a big problem... Drive through was almost out to main street so we parked it and... went in to find that no one could take orders there for no one was capable of working the cash register. Man! What's thiscountry coming to... Looks like no good. Let's see who cares perhaps that's what America's new age is all about. Pretty much thesame case all across the country. Read more
Great experience here (first McD in the UP off the Mackinac Bridge). Super clean restrooms, great view, and fantastic vibes in... the dining room. The lady serving us made sure I got FRESH coffee (at 6 p.m.!!) even though her shift was ending ???? Read more

We were trying to arrive before the 11 am cut off of breakfast. Got stuck at the toll booth with traffic. Arrived 11:08 am... :( But Ray found a way :) He went into the back searched around and found the last muffin and last biscuit and got the cook tomake it for us. Egg McMuffin was really the best we have ever had. 5 ?? stars. The biscuit was crispy on the outside soft onthe inside. Excellent. Ray made our day. He is our breakfast hero ! Read more
This place is terrible. Waited about 40 minutes to get 3 sandwiches and a couple fries. Then we get up to the drive through and... they hand up a plastic bag stating "this is all the bags we have left" they threw (litterly threw) the fries in the bag. Noteven in the fry bags/boxes. Then the lady at the window laughed as we were driving away. I hope the owners have a good talkabout the workers being disrespectful. They need to hire workers that actually do there job and not just throw everything in abag then laugh at them as they drive away. Don't recommend this place at all. Terrible service. Read more
Now I must say, I have never been a fan of McDonalds. However, this place nailed the customer experience and even granted my... request to have my nuggets well-done. I expected them to say no (it is extra work), but they didn't! The nuggets were crispy andpiping hot. Read more
To start with, the cashier (who I think was a manager) was dismissive. While we ordered she kept saying "Is that it?" after each... item ordered. It wasn't a lot of food, just two meals for my son and I. She was also talking to an employee on her headset,which would be fine, but she was speaking unprofessionally and didn't apologise for the wait. She didn't tell me how much theorder came to, so I asked and paid. She handed me a cup and one to my son. He's blind, obviously so, as he was using a longwhite and red cane. She kept holding it out towards him and I took it. The restaurant was empty bar us, so there's no reason forbeing so rude and clueless. The food was mostly lukewarm. The fries were limp. Won't be eating there again. Read more
