Stopped by for dinner tonight and was told to seat ourselves. Waitress came over and gave us menus and said she?d be back in a... couple minutes. We waited 15 and she never came back so we just left. The food is excellent, but you are so going to pay for it! Prices have increased dramatically over the last few years. For two... burgers, two cheese fries, and one green river, we paid $40. I don't think a casual burger joint should be a "special occasion"price!! If you order take out, beware they are always forgetting something - the drink, the cheese, etc. Service can be slow,and they seem pushy about expecting tips even for take out, such as having signs and jars put out, and indicating it on yourreceipt. This place like many these days suffers from a staff shortage. After waiting an inordinate about of time for a basic hamburger... and cheese burger, they got our order wrong. Despite that, burgers were good and fries spot on. Read more
Very good burgers, with that diner ambiance. We had a large order but it was prepared promptly and was very fresh.
Very basic food. Bland chili and the chicken salad is super basic. The bathroom needs a makeover badly. It's not an issue with... cleaning rather everything is rusted, corroded and makes you think twice about touching anything. Sadly I felt dirtier leavingthe bathroom than before I entered???????? Menu is simple but worth it. Staff keeps the place clean and is friendly. My kids love to be able to play the jukebox directly... from our table. Burgers are great size and the Irish Nachos are a favorite! Read more

Stopped here cause we needed a quick bite to eat and we know the name. Sat ourselves and started out ok but the waitstaff was... more worried about talking with each other than being attentive to the handful of occupied tables. I know everything is gettingbut wow. Place looks and feels dingy and could use a deep cleaning. Won't be back to this Schoops. Oh.... don't waste yourquarters on the jukebox at your tables as they dont play the whole song and you can hardly hear it!! Read more
