Drive thru could be a lot nicer. Everytime I order more than 2 items I get attitude. And then get called "dude". Woman who... has half the shifts at the intercom constantly tries to end the order before I'm done ordering. Just, come on. 9/10 times I'mordering for a family, why am I getting attitude when I order more than 2 or 3 items? Read more
My brother, who has autism, worked there for for a couple weeks and was tormented, degraded, and treated horribly by his... coworkers and management. Was repeatedly told he ?smelled like dog shit?, laughed and pointed at, and many other disgustingthings. The way your employees treated my brother is absolutely unacceptable, and you need to properly train your employees onhow to work and be kind to people on the spectrum. Read more
Drive thru lane took approximately 30 minutes to actually get to the window. The order was wrong, but compliments to the crew... that day who didn't let any of that pressure get to them. They remained flippant and inattentive. I suppose Taco Bell isterrible anyway but the speed at which you can have the subpar food is one positive. Take that away and all your left with is acold Baja blast I suppose. Read more

The 1st time going here about a month ago an older lady with short blond hair was scratching her head then hands me my bag of... food. The other day same lady stuck her finger in her ear itching it. A friend told me she doesn't go here because of how dirtythey are here and said in morning before opening they clean the bathrooms and dining area. I can see keeping it clean during daybut why not clean when closing? Gross! Read more
Any time I?ve ever been here and it?s usually the same crew on opening shift. These ladies are super nice. I?ve never had issues... with food quality, wait time and my order is always correct. It?s 20 minutes away for me but worth it. The staff deservesrecognition for their service here. Read more
I?ve had good experiences here so my review reflects that as well. However today I sat in the drive-through during posted open... hours and no one took my order. After waiting a couple minutes and saying hello numerous times I pulled around, and could seepeople within the building. I?m not sure if they were not open, or the staff was just not wanting to take orders. Read more
