The staff here are all extremely friendly are efficient and you can tell there?s a wonderful camaraderie but this Starbucks is... in terrible condition. Their drive through mic sometimes doesn?t work nor their drive-through signs. The inside is baron,run-down, and un-inviting. I don?t know if this is a franchise situation but, if so, the owner needs to invest some money inthis place, if at all possible. I?ll likely go somewhere else from now on. Read more

If you order a drink iced there should be ice in in? not four small ice cubes floating at the top of a warm latte. Paying for a... $10 drink shouldn?t come with the same issues you get with Tim Hortans. Read more

It was a rainy day when i went ???? i ordered Mango Dragonfruit lemonade. The girl took my order and she was patiently waiting... until I decided what i want ????. They have a table where the colours, brushes, paints and stones are kept. Till the order comesyou can paint ???? and if not you can also see others arts ????. Read more
I was just in and was watching while waiting for my drip coffee (we got the rest of our order already). The guy made 5 lattes... and my cup just sat there. He put my cup behind all the others. Our sandwiches were getting cold and my man already had hisbeverage. When someone FINALLY picked up my cup, she didnt even stir it. Also, the lattes that were made before mine were notgood. I know this because I am a certified barista and my FIRST barista job was actually at Starbucks. All the espresso shotswere dead...gross. Do better Starbucks!!!
