Worst experience EVER!!! Subway Fairville Blvd Saint John, NB two employees left us standing there igboring us. 1 was taking... temperatures and the other was cleaning the toaster 4 hrs before they close. This is the problem when you have kids running yourbusiness at night and you don't check up on them. No respect for customers and no idea what good customer service is. Good sub/drink - but location looked half closed and veggies were a little wilted. The menu boards were off the wall and not... working and no explanation given. The staff were great though - they helped explain how to order to my cousin who was a bitnervous of being out of his element. They were very kind and let him order slowly and explained everything. It is superconvenient for the west side though and has a good sized, clean parking lot too. Read more
