Worst experience EVER!!! Subway Fairville Blvd Saint John, NB two employees left us standing there igboring us. 1 was taking... temperatures and the other was cleaning the toaster 4 hrs before they close. This is the problem when you have kids running yourbusiness at night and you don't check up on them. No respect for customers and no idea what good customer service is. Here's aclue for you kiddie's - when customers come in you stop what you are doing and wait on them!!!!!! Ddduuuhhhh bit of common senseplease. Read more

Good sub/drink - but location looked half closed and veggies were a little wilted. The menu boards were off the wall and not... working and no explanation given. The staff were great though - they helped explain how to order to my cousin who was a bitnervous of being out of his element. They were very kind and let him order slowly and explained everything. It is superconvenient for the west side though and has a good sized, clean parking lot too. Read more

I am local, I go all the time. Last 3-4 times I've been there has been no bread. Only wraps and flatbread (not the same). Their... constant lack of preparedness is incredibly irritating. I could have gone north, got what I wanted and saved myself the troubleand you should too! Read more

Generally an okay place but after today I'm not eating here again. After a bit of wait finally got my order taken, got my sub... paid left all that fun stuff. Half though "Man, that was a bit more expensive than usual." But assumed it was because I got adifferent sub than usual. checked my recept, who ever was manning drivethrough had pre-selected a 30% gratuity before holdingout the debit machine for me, and since it is covered in anti-covid or whatever plastic I couldn't see the screen. Shady ashell, and I won't be going back, hope that extra $3.50 was worth losing a customer. Read more
