Worse experience at Swiss Chalet. Ordered family pack and said 2 orders of fries 3 salads. They said out of salad. Ok I know... there issues with supplie so I order the fries and veggies and backed potatoes. The fries were a day old at least. Hard likerocks and cold. The baked potatoe was at least a couple days old and the inside was kind of brown. Was such a turn off. I knowSC is not 4 star dining but come on, at least don't screw up the fries and baked ???? Called to place a pick up order. First time a young man asked us to hold and they hung up. Second time a young lady made us feel... like we were bothering her and was very rude. Terrible customer service. Was really craving Swiss Chalet or I would havecancelled the order. Great food, it's just too bad the experience with the staff didn't match. Read more

I have always been a big fan of Swiss Chalet but today's experience will make me think twice before coming again. I was in the... Drive-Thru and simply wanted a chicken wrap with fries but was unable to get it without bacon. I don't eat pork. So, I opted fora simple chicken sandwich on a bun with fries. My wait in the Drive-Thru was ridiculously long. When it was finally my turn topay, the debit machine prompted me to leave a tip without an option of saying no. When I finally and sat down to eat, my foodwas lukewarm at best and there was no dipping sauce. So, for $20, which I think is a bit expensive, I got a small pile of sortof warm fries, and a bun with sort of warm chicken, and no dipping sauce. I only satisfaction from eating this meal was that inthe end, I was no longer hungry. This was a very disappointing experience. Read more

The Rudest customer service ever. Basically threw the bag of food at me because her coworker couldn?t find my order. And Rudely... let me know it goes by 1st name. Which I stated I did give both. She gave dirty looks. Yelled while I was leaving ?have a niceday? as she knew I was unhappy. I won't be back to said restaurant and will deff spread the word of poor customer service. Read more

Great chicken, soup, and fries. Surprisingly the wings were not as good as they usually are. Typically they have great wings.... They were well overcooked and probably shouldn't have left the kitchen. The lemon meringue pie crust was very hard to cutthrough, however tasted fine. Had a kitchen ticket on my plate under my food. Brought it to the attention of our server. Sheasked if I wanted to see if the Manger could do anything. I told her it was fine but she should pass it up as the next personmay not take it so lightly. Still a great meal even though I got a kitchen ticket under my food and my gravy never made it. Itwas March break so the place was busy. Things get overlooked. Update: Company Repreached out "Good Morning, We are sorry tohear of your experience on your last visit. This should have been dealt with properly in store, However i would like to fixthis now. Poor Management, Poor publicrelations with resolving customer issues, lack of attention to detail and poor food hygiene practices or concerns. This place is good. The time I entered in this place with my boyfriend there was a sanitizer bottle near the door and all the... covid-19 regulations were followed. The lady showed the place to sit. I found the staff was very friendly. You can find a lot innon vegetarian food but in vegetarian there is only one option. I think they should add more vegan food as people from differentcountries live here and more than 50% are pure vegetarian. And most probably this can increase the customers. Read more
