Tim's is always good place to go to for coffee and some sweets
Older female cashier didn?t even know what types of brewed coffee were available. She stated ?dark, decaf and the one that... comes out of the machine.? WHAT??? Visited 11th February 2022 I used the app for the first time, went in to pick up, waited patiently at the mobile pick up... section(there was an employee there who just ignored me ???? that was fun) Finally everyone in line ordered and got their foodand the gentleman taking orders called me over, I explained to him I was just waiting to pick up my order I made through theapp, and there I found out he hadn?t made the drinks at all, but one of the employees had already made the breakfast sandwich. Iwanted to give the gentleman a break cause it looked like they didn?t get a lot of mobile orders, he didn?t even know where tocheck for my order, I had to repeat the order to him before he made them. I asked him twice how I could redeem the points for myorder, first time he ignored me (which I didn?t really make a fuss about cause he looked really confused about the mobileorder). The second time I asked he gave me this odd sign to wait, and got someone else to help me, but she also wasn?t sure howto do that on the app. Long story short, it wasn?t worth using the app at that store ???? I know it's "just a Tim's" but this place has seriously never let me down. They somehow even have those fringe speciality donuts... I happen to like longer than the other locations. It helped my acquired taste for Oreo donuts go a little further. Read more
