So I love this Tim Hortons first of all and never ever have I said anything wrong. Today was the day! Today I watched as the... new guy was called out on an incident as I walked in. Not in the office where it should have taken place, but behind the counterwith a manager, and a supervisor, in front of coworkers and customers!! The young man looked upset and embaressed. Worst place ever. I ordered alot of stuff from here and after just 10 minutes i asked employee is there any chance that i can... get quarters. Employee were so nice and friendly to BUT that one old lady I don?t if she?s supervisor or not. But she justrefused that employee. And employee girl apologized me and said ?SHE SAID NO I?M SORRY? like totally unbelievable. Just becauseof request of some quarters she said no. Please Tim Hortons you need to hire nice people. My most favorite place to buy coffee. It is the best coffee and several different donuts and crispy chicken sandwiches and... wraps. They also have hot soups. Everything for a quick lunch. Read more
