Served cold dark roast coffee... ask for hot, then told me to wait for 5 min or take other coffee. I took original blend and... guess what it was also cold and not even apologise. Read more

I'll give this location a four because they do service customers very quickly. If you go at what people would consider a normal... break/lunch time, it's very busy. Despite it being busy, ive never experienced them running out of what I wanted. If you arelooking to sit down and chat while you have your coffee this isnt the place for you. Limited seating in a high traffic area. Read more

Too many filthy "teens" there between 12:15 and 1:15. Idk even know where they come from but I think Timmies should kick them... out. Overall, good food and fast service. Read more

Poor selection, long wait times and they usually run out of ingredients REALLY quickly. I tend to avoid Tim Hortons due to an... overwhelming number of bad experiences I've had with them, but decided to give them a shot again today - nope, bad idea. Theytook my order, proceeded to tell me that they had no grilled chicken available, and then gave me 2 crispy chicken snackwrapsinstead of the 2 normal grilled chicken wraps I ordered. Returned it to them, they took them back, and I repeated 2 or 3 times"no tomatoes please" and saw it show up on the screen. They informed me I would need to wait 10 minutes for the chicken, so Iwaited. Got my wraps, sat down to eat them and they had lots of tomato in them. In other experiences, I've gotten stale bananabread and bitter, poorly-prepared coffee from this location as well. Serves me right for visiting a Timmies. Read more

Limited timmies but since the mall is attached to the Hilton, it's super convenient. The mall has an interesting motif itself,... never too busy and never got my order wrong. Read more

Convenient location within pedway from city market to market square via Brunswick Square. No open on Sunday or holidays.
