I feel that this Arby's stands out from other Arby's I've been to because of their customer service (not saying anything bad... about others, just that this one is outstanding). I go there quite often, and have never had bad service once, but only reallyfriendly. I also rate it a 5 for speed. This is the only place to stop to eat if you are in a hurry. They alway give me myfood fast, but it's always fresh as well. Read more
Drive thru window guy was rude. Asked 3 times for Sauces. Parked to eat and still not one sauce in the bag. Ended up going back... through the line to ask for just Sauces, luckily it was someone else and she gave them to me no questions asked. Bottom of bunshad so much cakes flour it was disgusting couldn't even brush it all off and the roast beef was in a tiny pile on side of bunand spilling out. Read more
I've been coming to this Arby's for a long time now.. has it's ups and downs, as far as customer service. The food was really... good, today the crew was really kind. 4 star's for the price.. 25 dollars for 2 meals.. smh.. for real.. Read more
Large portions... slow service
I stopped in to treat myself to a lunch. Hubbs doesn?t care for Arby?s so I don?t eat here too often. Drive thru is the only... option, and their were 5 cars ahead of me. The line moved pretty quickly for a weekday lunchtime. I got the ham slider, snacksized curly fries and jamocha shake. Very fairly priced at $5.06 and just the right amount of food for me. Read more
