There was 8 of us girls celebrating a birthday. Great service and food. Our waitress was wonderful
It was disappointing. No salad bar. Staff seemed confused, not well trained or skilled. Waiter didn't know the soup and had to... go back to check. I was brought the wrong items in my order and they took part of it back to the kitchen to fix. I was latergiven part of my order, cold by then, and told the rest would be out shortly. The part that came later was so hot I burnedmyself trying to eat it. It wasn't the tasty food we had expected and gotten in the past. I will never order take out from here again. The chili cheese fries that was a joke, nasty. No hash browns in the omelet or... extra hashbrowns, not even crispy like asked. The gravy.... good gravy my 13 yr old granddaughter makes way better Gravy. I knowyou can do better than this!!!! I guess I'll come in from now on. Read more

The burgers were mediocre the onion rings were not edible. As you can see in these pictures the onion rings were over fried and... under fried at the same time. We got there and we ordered shakes and the staff didn't come back for us to get appetizers. Ittook them 26 minutes to get us our shakes then we ordered our food and it took another 25 minutes to receive our food after ourshakes. They didn't give napkins unless asked or silverware unless we asked. It was very unpleasant experience and we won't becoming back. Food was not good which we expected good food not top of the line food but they went below that. Read more
Just like I remember when I was a kid and it was called Bob's Big Boy. I had the best cheeseburger in the world (that's what... it's called) and it was really good and juicy. Tons of flavor. The fries are still outstanding. Great customer service to top itoff. If you're a truck driver, there's an empty lot across the street with plenty of room to park. Read more
Food is okay. Portion size small, 2 eggs scrambled looked like 1 egg. Service was friendly and responsive. It's a Big Boy chain.
