This Store Struggles to compete with the Mcdonalds next to it. The food can be generally good and if you catch the right people... there it's actually a really good experience. That is why it's so unfortunate when an experience takes away from that. Theychanged the Meal Numbers recently and when I ordered the same thing that I've always ordered by Meal Number, I got a differentsandwich. Simple mistake, but when I called back in to see if I could fix the situation the nice employee realized my mistakeand spoke to a manager. She was super friendly however, the manager told her that they could not exchange it because it was "MyFault" even after I ordered Light Mayonnaise on a sandwich that does not have mayonnaise. Little things like that make otherfood offerings here in town much more appealing. Read more

My favorite mid- Michigan BK! Clean. Competent workers. Outside and parking lot are all maintained. I challenge the managers... of DeWitt BK or any Lansing BK to visit and learn! Read more
Every time we go here. Something is missing from our order... EVERY SINGLE TIME. ONLINE ORDER? NOPE, NOT EVEN SAFE FROM... THAT. I still have to pay for it cause , i guess that's what I get for expecting people to trust to do thier jobs. I done wantto drive 25 mins for mediocre BK. Sad standards. and im out of money and food. Food was great. Service a little slow but not bad at all and was 100% worth waiting a little longer for fresh fries.
