Went through the drive through on 10/20/22 and ordered a family meal, but also wanted an 8 piece order of fillets. I for some... reason trusted the elderly lady taking my order and declined a receipt (dumb move, but it?s St. Johns right?) when I got home, Irealized they stiffed me on the 8 pc fillets. So, tonight my family and I went to this location for a meal, which of course included chicken. Being KFC (Kentucky Fried... CHICKEN) one would assume they would serve chicken. We make it to the drive thru and asked for a minute to figure out our order,then we were informed that they did not have any CHICKEN. Mind you, we were at Kentucky Fried CHICKEN!!! We were told it wouldbe an hour and a half to reheat the fryers. We arrived 40 minutes prior to closing. The mindset of the employees was not onproviding a service to customers, but on leaving as quickly as they could BEFORE closing. This was on a game night.
