Went through the drive through on 10/20/22 and ordered a family meal, but also wanted an 8 piece order of fillets. I for some... reason trusted the elderly lady taking my order and declined a receipt (dumb move, but it?s St. Johns right?) when I got home, Irealized they stiffed me on the 8 pc fillets. So there was no line and we got to the speaker and we asked for a minute to decide what we want to eat. And the lady says BTW we... have no CHICKEN, AT A KFC and it was gonna take 1.5 hrs to reheat the fryers. Even though they shouldn't be off 40 min beforeclosing. Read more
So, tonight my family and I went to this location for a meal, which of course included chicken. Being KFC (Kentucky Fried... CHICKEN) one would assume they would serve chicken. We make it to the drive thru and asked for a minute to figure out our order,then we were informed that they did not have any CHICKEN. Mind you, we were at Kentucky Fried CHICKEN!!! We were told it wouldbe an hour and a half to reheat the fryers. We arrived 40 minutes prior to closing. The mindset of the employees was not onproviding a service to customers, but on leaving as quickly as they could BEFORE closing. This was on a game night. I have givenup on this location, simply because they could not provide CHICKEN at KFC. Read more

Wow... two days in a row. I went into the store because the drive-thru line an extremely long. I only needed to get a Famous... Bowl for my child. It took SOOO long to get our order. Two people came up to complain about their order while I waited. Thenext day, I ordered another Famous Bowl and when my child was eating it on our way to an appointment, he found a long hair. Itold him to stop but he said it could have been a hair from me. He kept eating and found another- I made him stop eating. Mysandwich was ok. The sides were horrible. I came back to the store to get a refund and a lady was filling orders that had herlong hair loosely pulled back in a pony tail. No hair net or a hat. I am DONE with this store. They need a refresher abouthealth department requirements. Read more
Terrible service the last three times we?ve been here. Today, we waited in the take out line for 10 minutes. Finally got up... there, they asked for our order and then said we had to wait. We waited another 10 minutes before anyone came back. By this timewe had another six vehicles behind us. They came back to take the order and we tried to order a 16 piece meal. They said theycouldn?t fulfill the order because they only had one chicken leg available. We?re done here. Read more
I got the three piece chicken meal which came with mashed potatoes three pieces of chicken and a biscuit and a drink what I... really liked about this KFC is the cashier asked me if I would like three dark pieces of me or if I would like two dark piecesand a white piece and when I said I would like one white piece she asked breast or wing. Took long time waiting in line(10minutes) but once I ordered and paid at the window, my order was ready in a couple of minutes.... The mashed potatoes and gravy were hot and my chicken little was freshly made. Successful trip. Read more
