I'll start by saying that I've always liked their food and business. Today, however, was not a good day for Mancino's. I placed... a large order for five people 2 days ago to be ready today at noon. Knowing it was a rush hour time of day. A clearly typed listof names and their orders. My name and cell number was on the list. I paid for the items and was assured that the order would beready. Stopped, as planned, at noon and said "I've got a pickup order for Derrick. I placed it Monday with instructions to haveit ready at noon." Employees start looking around. Clearly something/someone messed up. After a minute or so, they tell mestraight up that they had the ticket but somehow forgot to make the food. It really defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.Hopefully they do better next time. Lesson for the day: Even though you try to do the right thing, plan ahead, and are asthorough and as clear as humanly possible, it doesn't mean that someone can't screw it up... Read more
Really love their grinders. They are fully packed with meat and toppings, not a skimpy sub. Worth it in taste and volume!

I am a bit of a Mancinos nut, so I was thrilled to try another location. This one did not disappoint. I snagged the full-size... chicken grinder with no green peppers, extra tomatoes and added mushrooms. It came out piping hot with a beautiful crust to thebread and very flavorful chicken. To say I was happy with the sandwich would be a disservice to how fast I consumed it. This isone of the better Mancinos locations so far, and I will definitely be willing to stop again. I've been dinning here for years. Often going out of my way to stop into St John's to eat Mancino's delicious steak and cheese... grinders! 8 to 10 minutes from the time ordered they're done to perfection! I've been to several Mancino's in the state ofMichigan and St John's franchise along with Dewitt Mancino's are the best. The bread is always perfect along with plenty ofsteak. Some of the other Mancino's skimp on the steak and it's mostly bread. I'll keep coming back! Oh.. it's also a very cleanrestaurant. Bathroom's included of which I'm picky about.. Read more
