We stopped in with our Corvette club on short notice 18 of us in total. They were able to accommodate us all to one large table.... The service was exceptional! Our server was Jessica and she handled our group like we were the only customers in the joint. Thoroughly enjoyed visiting with a friend on the patio while we both enjoyed our sandwiches! He had the turkey and cheddar and I... had a very well prepared Monte Christo! Excellent service and the food was great and prices were good for what you receive. Club sandwich and quesadilla were terrific.... Ordered tater tots instead of fries and they were done crispy and perfect. Overheard the table next to us commenting on howgreat there food was and we agreed!! Stop in, you won't be disappointed! Place was hopping before I arrived (meeting Mom for lunch). She arrived before I did so her finding a closer parking spot for... her (due to age and physical well-being) during peak time was a different experience for her, than me. Waitress was awesome!Atmosphere was great! Setting was cozy. Menu had a great selection of comfort food, beers, wine, mixed drinks, etc. Mom isgoing to get Dad out there and I would definitely meet them there again to share a meal and good time! I love Ryan's Roadhouse and since they are only a few blocks from me, they are my go-to place to order. When COVID-19 hit... everything pretty hard, they were great with orders and their deliveries. I have had countless dinners here and am an E-Clubmember. Only one notable bad experience with this place and it was today, my birthday. I was sent an email from their automatedE-club system that I could choose a free appetizer or dessert for my birthday and when I called to order the appetizer I wanted,they wouldn't let me get one, they would only allow me to get a dessert. Even after I went inside and showed them my email, shestill said I was only allowed a dessert and I still had to pay $.36 tax for my dessert (understandable), but I would rather havegotten an appetizer instead of a dessert. They way I was talked to for no reason made today's experience embarrassing, as if Iwas going there only for a freebie. I ended up buying what I wanted (my appetizer) got a dessert for $.36. But overall I wasdisappointed in the way I was treated. Don't send Happy Birthday emails to your customers, offering free items if you make themfeel like they are not welcome to claim the offer. I will still give Ryan's a thumbs up in general, however I am not impressedwith the way this was handled today. Read more
First time to this area. I normally only work on the west side of the state. This restaurant was right across from my clients... office. Best Turkey Reuben I have ever had. It did not even need the amazing honey mustard. I dipped my fries in that. Theservice was super good too. I did not need to ask for anything. The staff either owns it collectively, or it is family owned.They seem to really love and appreciate their business and their customers. 100% recommend. Wish I didn't have to go back towork after lunch. I would have loved to stay for a drink. I hope I get to work in this area again soon so I can go back. Cheers! Read more
In the area and happily stumbled on this gem! Great food specials. Nice variety of choices on the menu with very reasonable... prices! Service was fantastic. Food arrived quickly and it was hot and fresh. Fries have a nice coating that makes them crispy.Wonderful experience!! Read more
