Ordered 20.00 worth of food on the app. When my husband went in they looked at him and said "we arnt going to make your meal... because breakfast ends in 30 mins." I have never seen a Taco Bell so horribly managed. This store opens at inconsistent hours, never when they're supposed to be.... Most the time my food will look sloppy and items will be missing. I just can't believe how bad of a TB this is even compared tothe TBs in Lansing. Read more

I don't usually care about customer service but the employee literally didn't say a word to me and just shoved my box of food... towards me without a bag or even using gloves, just bare handed without saying a single word. I went to tacobell at 12:30 am and as I was sitting at thedrive thru window two cars came speeding by the back car almost hit... the front car at the end of the driveway as the left not even 2 mins they came back facing the opposite way and almost hit meagain. Then they turned around and did it again. The staff was worried about my safety and 911 was called by me and 2 otherpeople . Everytime I go to tacobell something bad happens . If I could give no stars I would. Placed my order went to pay to be told they were out of beef, so I said chicken would work. I... order 2 party packs one I paid for them to be supreme. Got home and had half chicken and half steak and none were Supreme. WillNOT go back to that tacobell Read more
