Tried to eat here today and was immediately told upon walking in that we'd have to wait at least 10 minutes to sit down because... of shift change. Don't think that's what you should tell four families who walk in together, so we took our money elsewhere andwere greeted kindly, sat immediately, and able to order immediately at a restaurant very close by. Have also tried to orderahead online many times to no avail. Chili's Corporate should make sure this restaurant is accurately representing their brand. Read more
Rise didn't done to cook.. It"s was hard to chew... And food was kinda small...for one person. But steak was ok.
Chili's has stepped their game up since I've been a few years ago and I'm grateful for the additions of the menu. I give 4 stars... for the food as it was delicious, but the 5th star came from Liz, our server. She was very welcoming and accommodating. Nexttime you're at Chili's, try the Smoke House option! Had 3 adults and 2 children. Restaurant was nearly empty. Told it?d be a 10-20 minute way. The toilet paper was out. Told the... hostess who did nothing. She hid behind the kitchen when we needed to ask her a question. Literally horrible. We left and gotmuch better service. Read more
Both, my wife and me experienced bad experience in this place on Sunday, June the 26 around 8 :45 pm. The restaurant was almost... empty. We're waiting 5 min. at the front door for anybody to show us, where we can seat. No one showed up. We decided to take atable at the bar area. It took more than 10 minutes before a punky-look server showed up and mumbled something to us on a rushedway. Asked to repeat, she said something the same way. We got the feeling, we were not welcomed over there, so we left thisplace right away. But we had a chance to talk to a closing manager informing him about the issue. Chilis is normally one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. This one didn't live up to what I'm used to. The chicken crispers... seem too small like chicken fingers. The strawberry lemonade definitely tastes watered down. Maybe it's just this location Ivisited out of town. Read more
Food was tasty, came out in a timely manner. The drinks were spot on but the staff needs some help. The host had shoes on that... were two times too big for him and he flipped them all over the place the entire time I was there! It was rather annoying to behonest. Our waitress was undertrained for her job and new not one item on the menu. That tells me that management isn?t doingtheir job properly which will lead to fewer sales if not closure?. My husband got the rib-eye, ordered it medium rare and it came to the table way past well done. My husband said he?s had softer... jerky from the gas station. Our kid got the mini hamburgers with corn on the cob and the corn was way over cooked. I orderedAlex?s Santa Fe burger with no onion and tomato and my burger ended up without the jalapeños and cilantro on top of the items Ididn?t want on it. We asked for the manager and Brock came over to talk with us. He was extremely friendly, said he?s got 6 newcooks working back there and that is not the quality of food he wants to put out. He comp?ed our entire bill and even insistedon sending us home with a dessert. Our server was friendly and also apologetic with the food quality. Over all I?m giving thisplace 4 stars purely for the customer service we received and not because of the food. I?d be willing to give this place anotherchance and I hope their new cooks work towards improving. We all have to learn on the job. Read more
