I had a bad experience today with Domino's Pizza on 2080 Niles road, St Joseph MI. Wrong Pizza was delivered and the replacement... was delivered 1.30 hours later and was left outside the Appartments entrance door. Delivery person didn't bother to press thebuzzer or call to notify me. I don't know for how long that Pizza had sat out there on the floor where there is a high trafficof people going in and out. I called the restaurant to report it and the girl I talked to didn't seem to know what to do oroptions to offer. I don't appreciate what was done. This is my last time to buy Pizza from Dominos. I had high hopes prior tothis incident. I wouldn't recommend this branch to anybody. I wouldn't want to see or hear someone else getting this kind ofservice. Read more
If I could rate it a zero I would I ordered just after midnight for the next day at 12:30 was told I should have ordered the... previous day I told the lady but that's not right there is no am and pm setting I ordered correctly they didn't care and werenot willing to make my oder why would I oder for a previous day at 12:30 when that wasn't even an option Read more
They shadowblocked my old review; the manager here will get your order wrong, call you a scammer for pointing out how obviously... wrong the order is, and then you will not get your food or money. Read more
My favorite part is where they steal your money and kick you out of the store because they messed up the order. They kept my... food and money. I paid for nothing. They are unapologetic scam artists. Read more
This is a terrible Domino?s Pizza store I ever visited. I felt they do not see me as a customer. I preordered and went the store... to pick them up but was not ready. Nobody apologized for it and just told me I can re-order it. When I start complain, themanager told me leave the store. I waste my time and gas for this. Moreover, because of this, I was not able to keep myappointments with my friends and everything got messed up. Read more
Worst Pizza, asked for extra cheese, didn?t get it, the little cheese on it was burnt, ham sliced thin as paper, barely one thin... tiny ham piece per undercut pizza slice, couldn?t find the pineapple that was supposed to be on it, no sauce, horrible, I endedup trashing it, never again will I order from Domino?s. Ordered car side delivery. Never received notification it was ready. Got there 5 minutes after estimated time. Waited, but... nothing. Only had three people working. Went in and got my food. Read more
A shout out to the visiting store manager that was covering the Niles Ave store, all by himself. Frustrating situation to say... the least, but he was powering through. His customer service was outstanding. He was the only one in the store for the rest ofthe night, and we were there about 3 in the afternoon. Bad situation, especially since it wasn?t even his store. We didn?t gethis name, but he deserves a raise. Read more
