Wow! Is all I can say....today 7/21/22 was our first visit ever, there was 7 of us...we got a small all meat pizza, small veggie... pizza and large pepperoni pizza and it was just incredible! The entire crust is perfectly crispy and thin without being burned,cheese is delightfully melted without being burned, the sauce is absolutely delicious. I have never had pizza this good before.Then we got ice cream, it was so fun watching them make this unique ice cream and it was super good! So many choices to choosefrom. First time visit on a Wednesday at 5 pm with two toddlers. They had plenty of kid food options (mini pizza, chicken nuggets, mac... & cheese, grilled cheese sandwich, or PB&J) for $5 each. I upgraded for $3 more to include a drink and ice cream. The chicken onthe pizza came shredded (which was unexpected) but I liked the crust and how it was cooked. My bbq chicken was a little blandoverall but I still liked it. The syrup was out on the Sprite. The ice cream was delicious and fun to watch. Overall, thevibe/environment wasn't my style but it's perfect if you want a casual atmosphere for the kids to play while waiting for foodand after eating. It was quite loud and there was a birthday party happening in the other room. The bathrooms were single, notstalls, so that could be problematic if one of my girls had to pee badly and it was in use. I was also a little concerned aboutthe playhouse, the lights were out and the ladder wasn't age appropriate for all the kids squeezed in there, so that was a bitsketchy. Finally, the oldest employee was MAYBE 21 but most likely younger. The rest of the staff seemed 18 or under and annoyedoverall. I would honestly order to go in the future. Read more

My 6 year old had an emergency bathroom situation so we stopped in right at the end of a private party because it was the only... place I could see along the road. I got nothing but attitude about how they were closed for a private party and after asking wasreluctantly referred to the church next door for bathroom use. The church isn't open on Saturdays and neither is their publicbathroom located outside. I can't believe that some people are that way about a child being a bathroom. I understand beingclosed, but the whole attitude and reluctance to even have a conversation about where I could find a bathroom was over the top. 1st time visitors! Recently relocated to St. Joseph from Kentucky; and had heard positive reviews of Fire & Ice ( of course... intrigued by the name ) so gave it a shot on a Saturday evening, around 7:30ish. Annual visitors of St. Joseph, Michigan and have always eaten at Silver Beach Pizza. To avoid the wait, we decided to try a new... pizza place. We couldn?t have been happier!! Two kids, a set of parents, and a grandma were SO pleased! We had the all meatpizza, a margherita pizza, and garlic cheesy bread. All selections were fantastic! We love wood fired pizza and this did NOTdisappoint! We also kept an open tab for our absolutely one -of-a-kind ice cream experience! We ordered a turtle, Superman,strawberry/blueberry, and a chocolate explosion. Amazing! For the employees being so ?young? they worked their butts off!
