Can't get enough of the burgers and especially the fries at Five Guys. During this visit, the dude that took our order was... great, very nice. My burger was prepared perfectly. The fries were very slightly underdone, but still really good. BUT there wasno Coke. One of the machines was entirely broken, and the other was out of Coke. It was 3:00. They weren't very busy. Yet nobodycould be bothered to refill the Coke syrup? A greasy burger and salty fries are not complete without Coca-Cola. Read more
I?ve been here twice now. The first time they were out of fries! How can you be five guys and out of fries??? Tonight we waited... well over an hour for our order while multiple employees were on their break. Only one guy was cooking. The manager was doinginventory during rush hour. Poorly managed store. First and last time coming here I clearly order cheese burger. I tipped btw because you have an option to tip before paying... never had a bad experience with five guys till tonight. My boyfriend went back inside because my order was wrong. I don't getangry I just wanted the cheese. Kitchen staff telling my boyfriend that he better tip them for coming before close which was9:50 my order was given at 9:30. What lack of professionalism. Manager needs to fix this. Read more
Super great experience for me. I don't usually get to enjoy this kind of burger. These guys have it figured out. There is not a... 5 guys near me. There isn't even a 4 guys near me. Ordered 20 minutes ago. Restaurant is filled with people waiting for their orders. One guy is flipping burgers, one guy standing... like he?s supposed to be assembling. Older lady taking orders. But nothing is leaving. Appears there?s a guy that?s supposed tobe working the fries, but he?s not there. Six baskets of fries are lined up waiting to be dropped in oil, but no one is doingit. So we are all sitting around, waiting. Not sure why one of the others can?t do fries?seems a clear case of ?not my job?. IfI hadn?t already paid for it, I would?ve left already. Because frankly this is ridiculous, and I won?t be coming back hereagain. Sad. EDIT: I waited 30 minutes before going up to the counter and canceling my order. Pretty sure the guy didn?t refundmy money; I never received a receipt. I?ll watch my credit card for a refund to process over the next couple days, then log acomplaint if I don?t get it. Tasty burger! The burger and fries are fantastic, however, you?re going to pay a pretty penny to get it! Everything is sold... individually, as there are no combos. A burger will run you $7-10, add fries $2-4, then a drink $2-4. It gets pricey! Read more
