Good service, great food, good value. For me this chain picked up where QDoba dropped the ball in their pursuit to become... chipotle. I don?t like either of those but Moe?s is definitely my jam now! Placed an order online. I didn't see it in the pick up area, so I asked about it. I THOUGHT that they found my ticket and... started making my food...until I realized they were just making other online orders. There was no one in line at all. I askedwhy they weren't making my food and everyone either ignored me or just said "we're very busy". I finally called out the managerwho was obliviously standing behind the counter and asked him, "if I were a walk in customer, would I be served right away?". Heagreed that I would. I then asked him why I'm having to wait for an online order that should've been prepared already. Hewordlessly prints my order and gives it to someone to begin making. Doesn't even apologize for everyone's errors and ignorance!The only reason I didn't give it 1 star is that I saw, in my email, a full refund. Would've been nice if he TOLD me that,instead of being mute the whole time. Read more

I really loved the food and staff. At restaurant, staff is sweet and joyful. They are soft spoken too. Do visit and don?t forget... to eat amazing salsa dip. Read more
The food was good, the line was long., out the door long. Likely due to a worker shortage at the moment, but also each single... person was ordering for three or more. We stopped by when driving long distance and it seems that everyone in town was eatinghere that Sunday evening, so just a forewarning do not stop here for a ?quick bite? if you are driving long distance because itseems like a good new option to try. Moe's SouthWestern grill is a great stop for doing Mexican food your way. I love to be able to pick & choose the quality... ingredients for the style of Southwestern cooking I feel like having. Lunch or Dinner or late evening stop. Definitely worth it.Highly Recommended. Read more
Usually service is great. Today worker ignored what I said three times and kept having to start again. Very unfriendly. Left... feeling like I was a bother. Seems all the rice and beans are outside of my burrito rather then inside. Read more
