I worked here for two years and I loved the atmosphere it was always energetic and since I was the master consolidator in the... cafe I had to make sure every employee was doing their part, which at the time we had to make and serve the meals in under 2mins and 14 seconds, that means the salad and soup and sandwich all had to be made perfect and served in that time. it wasalways fun at lunch because we always had at the least 300 people on a slow lunch rush. It kept things going quickly and therewas never a dull moment, Sue was my manager at the time and she put up with some stressful things dealing with the whole placein general, I admired her ambition and her hard work..well I have moved on from that place regretfully most of the time, butgreat memories will always remain and the food is still 100 percent Amazing!!!!!!!!!! Panera is a great place to meet. It's generally quiet and there are no interruptions. This location is a good place for that. I... visit regularly. This particular Panera is not up to par with the others. It's fairly clean and quiet, but needs a lot ofattention. Seats need proper repair. The steamer for specialty drinks needs replaced. The staff is questionable and they seem tohave a lot of turnover. Read more

The counter staff was very friendly and helpful. I was getting a flat bread pizza to go, which was delicious. The lady behind... the counter offered me a cup for water while I waited. Even though they were busy it didn't take long at all for my food. Kitchen staff was just as friendly with me when I retrieved my pizza. Read more

I trust the brand, but this branch doesn't make fair to the quality it advocates. It is often missing personal and customer... service is pretty much a gamble. I would like to see change happening soon, this community deserves to be better served. Read more

I was just home from a horrible hospital stay. As a treat, my Husband suggested Panera. Two chicken salads eaten in a park on a... river. Sunny, perfect day. Thought mine tasted strange, but carried on, cuz, you know $25 BUCKS for 2 salads. Drove home (undera 10 minute drive) I barely made it to the kitchen sink where I threw up for the next 20 minutes !!! I?ll never step foot in aPanera again. Read more

No fault of the staff, but the restaurant is short on items and very short staffed. There?s only drive thru service. There?s a... sign on the drive thru menu though, warning people of the shortage and that it may take 20+ minutes to get your order. I justgot a bagel and cream cheese, so it was quick and easy. They?re doing their best I?m sure. Read more

We are used to expensive food, even despite the rise of food costs so this review is not about the food. The restrooms were... very dirty with no toilet paper and paper towel. The men's restroom's diaper changing station was very gross and my husband usedour own disinfectant wipes before changing our daughter (thank goodness we were prepared!). It was unfortunate to see customersnot cleaning up after themselves. Doing so would have helped the one sweet girl from doing it all by herself. Oh and thecashier ran up our food wrong (which was taken care of by the person preparing our food) but the person preparing our foodforgot some of our food too... This is all uncommon for Panera Bread. We hope management is able to control this better so theydon't close from unhappy customers going elsewhere. Read more
