I understand being short staffed. I don't mind waiting. However, I expect the same quality of food. I ordered a to go order... today. I was hung up on 3 times before being able to place the order. Had good service after that. Get home and ready to eat,find my dish is burnt and not just a little bit either. The bruschetta is sliced tomates in oil and balsamic vinegar, withoutparmesan cheese or basil. Extremely disappointed! Read more
We are from out of state, my husband brought me here for our anniversary and we had a very bad experience. Waited 45 min for... them to even take our order, another 30 to wait for pasta! People who came in after us were already seated and had food beforewe even got to order. The waitress was rude the whole time didn't smile at us once. didn't even ask if we were enjoying ourdinner or anything! We visited Papa Vinos on a Sunday evening, there were many large parties eating here that night. Our food was good, it came out... in a reasonable amount of time but the real star for us was the service.
