The worst Qdoba experience I ever had in a while. Mexican Gumbo Bowl is no longer offered during summers, no guacamole, chicken... was dry and when asked for sauces their serving proportions were mediocre. This location is super understaffed and only oneperson was handling everything. The tables were not clean as well. Definitely need a serious makeover of management andoperations. Read more
I was there today. The rice was hard. The people weren?t nice. I noticed many health code violations within the employees such... as a sweatshirt around the neck and bracelets. They did not fully put the lid on my bowl (not to my knowledge) when I got home,I pulled it out of the bag and everything spilled permanently staining my white shorts. I order two kids nachos, and she put 4 pieces of steak in each bowl when I asked if she could put a little more in she got an... attitude and said I can but it would be more for extra steak. I said I don't want extra steak, I just want a decent amount. WhenI asked to talk to a manager she said no manager is here right now. I ended up just paying anyways because my kids wanted it andit was already 7:15 at night. They really need to train their staff on portions and their customer service skills. Update,6-19-22. This is the first time I have been back since my last review 3 months ago. The staff was much friendlier this timearound but still had the same issue with the portion size of the steak. I was given half a scoop of steak instead of a full one.When I said something about it, the other lady working said sorry she is new, but I was never given more steak or compensated inany way. I was told that if I wanted extra steak I would be charged 2.95 for another scoop, I said I don't want extra, I want afull scoop not half of a scoop. When I am paying 11 dollars for a meal I expect the amount I am paying for. They just keptrepeating the same thing. I don't know why this location is so stingy with their steak, I never had this issue at any otherlocation. They can give me 3 scoops of rice, but not a full scoop of steak?! It makes no sense! Absolutely terrible attitudes, seriously both girls were so rude to me and my dad. Oh, and neither had name tags on. I've... seriously never had this kind of service in St Joe. The food was also only 'okay', when usually it's amazing. Not sure what wentwrong here. 3 stars for the food being 'okay', I will definitely change my review if it's gotten better. Read more
