listen i never post reviews but i ordered a subway melt and it was THE WORST THING EVER. less is more bc my sandwich was filled... to the brim that i could barely pick it up w/o it falling a part. not only that but the bread was SOGGY as hell. top it all ofit was thrown into the bag like nothing and i feel very sick after eating it. i paid $11 for it im not having it go to waste butman that was not pleasant in the slightest. please do better :( Read more

My review is quite tardy but I wanted to give a shoutout to someone that provided tremendous service. The order is quite... complicated for my mom and it was done with ease. Aleksa Barenie deserves her flowers even if they were fromMay/June. Additional comment: On Nov 19th 2022 I stopped at Subway to pickup sandwiches after a long stressful day on theroad. The Subway in Benton Harbor has the freshest bread. It always smells good when you walk into the restaurant. The ONLY problem... that needs to be fixed is their customer service. As a standing in line customer, they will have you wait until they are donepreparing a Door Dash order that was requested. This will have a standing in line Customer WAIT between 10-15 minutes to getserved. They have 2 employees plus the owner, and ALL of their attention goes to the online orders, and you as a Customer wouldhave to wait until they're done . That's Bad Business. They need to have 1 of their employees work on the online orders, andthe other ones provide service to the Customers whom are standing and waiting in line. Read more

Most all staff are helpful, clean, and friendly. Clean restaurant. Nearly every sandwich is superb!

Very disappointed in this Subway this time ordered online they took my payment. Headed out to pick it up get there and there is... a hand written sign saying they are closed for the day. Very disappointed. Waste of time, gas, and money. Don't think I'll orderfrom here again. Use to be our favorite Subway ???? Read more

Worked a subway for years & this is by far the worst I've seen. Dirty floors, dirty tables (the ones that were available, most... seating was put up) no hair nets or hats, you could tell the rug was just mopped around instead of being picked up. The chiprack (lacking many options) on the make area has a severe build up & the list goes on. Cleanliness is not a priority here. Willchoose a different location next time Read more

Overall good food appears clean with polite staff. Going with 3 stars at this point due to online ordering process. Last few... times I have been I have allowed extra time past order completion, but each time the food is not put out for pickup and issitting behind the counter. It defeats the online ordering process if you still have to wait in line for the pre-ordered food.Will see how it goes next time. Read more
