I go there for the convenience but they are always out of something. When I ask about it they don?t do anything about it. ... Nothing gets refilled. Other stores I stop in are out of stuff much less of the time but when confronting someone they areusually more then happy to refill stuff while I?m standing there. Not this store. They just stand there. I also wouldn?t eat adonut there, they like to stock the fresh baked goods dropped off with their bare hands and that?s nasty! ???? That is if theydecide to stock it. Usually the box of donuts is sitting on the counter when I arrive. I?ll frequent other holiday storesbefore I have to go here. Read more

Stopped coming here a couple of years ago because of very poor costumer service. Stopped by today to give it another try & yep,... same if not worse. No paper in outside receipt printer. No biggy, walked in. Of course a line with one cashier. Other workerdrinking a soda & smiling at the line of costumers as she then walked away. I stop at Holiday gas stations because I love their coffee and I love that they have a fair trade option. This morning, I... stopped at the one closest to home and bought a large coffee. While driving, I discovered I had a hole in the bottom of my cupwhich poured coffee all over myself. I stopped again in St Joseph to get a new cup and the clerk gave me the second cup forfree. I was clear that it may have been my fault, but she just wished me a good day! Sometimes, it is the little things thathelp turn a situation around. She didn't have to do that. I hope that management knows that having someone like her on staff canmake a big difference in a competitive market! Read more
One Holiday is pretty much like the others. They could use some updating. The stores seem a bit dated. The prices on convenience... items are really jacked up compared with the local grocery stores. The gas prices are competitive. They do offer a selection ofcoffees, hot food items, and the like. The cashiers have generally been friendly. This Holiday is located at a busyintersection. Read more
Great experience. Delicious food, very clean bathrooms (At a gas station?? Crazy!), and food that was hot and delicious. Best... gas station I've ever been at. And if it wasn't for Nate, I never would have found where everything is in this town! Read more
