Apparently you have to cook your own food 5 minutes after you get it, 2 cold breakfast burritos.
Their drive through speaker has been broken for well over a year now, after having to literally shout at the box and being told... they still couldn't hear me, I suggested they get a new system, or at least fix this one as it's nearly impossible to order attimes. I was then spoken down to and and told I don't have any idea the cost, which I don't, but I do know about running abusiness. I know there's always a solution when it comes to being able to effectively sell a product. The employee informed methat it would cost over $20k to replace the system. After some research, I found that for a few hundred dollars they could buysomething that would be much more effective then their current system. With that being said, a cup and string might workbetter. I like the food, but the condescending tone of the conversation had with that employee doesn't make me want to comeback. Just fix the problem, there's almost always a phesable solution you just have to find it. Read more

Food was good. We ordered 2 Boss bowls and they only gave us one spoon... We didn't notice of course until we were to far away.
We ordered 3 Boss bowls. The menu describes grilled chicken. Ours had canned chicken ????. The girl worker laughed while she... watched the guy getting some of the food ready and looked over at me, which made me wonder what he did? If he dropped it and putit back in? Or maybe it was because he opened canned chicken ????. The restaurant was dirty. The girl worked register and thefood and didn't wash in-between ????. I hope we don't get sick. Do not go there. Potatoes are too salty, there is nothing in the burrito and when I called due to an incorrect order the manager... raised her voice how she made the order correct and wasn't going to refund the order. The person that took the order didn't takeit correctly. No receipt was provided, and the order wasn't what I wanted. I shouldn't have to train the employee to ask thequestion which steak burrito I wanted as I didn't get the correct one. Poor customer service. I will be following up with arefund as this is ridiculous and I shouldn't have to tolerate being spoken to the way I was over the phone. Read more
