Custom pizzas were excellent and exactly as ordered - and on time for the scheduled "future" delivery.
The southend Pizza Hut is a joke. I was charged over 50 dollars and received zero pizza. When I called to see where my delivery... was I was told they didn't receive it. Lies! I was told to take up with my bank! Read more

Make the pizza right. Pay attention to the order. We ordered Taco Pizza with no onions as my husband is allergic. After... driving 30 minutes home we realized they put on the onions!! At the store when picking up they had made bread sticks instead ofthe Cinnabons we ordered so we had to wait another 10 minutes for the right thing while the pizza sat and got even colder. Read more
October 8th placed an order through app. For delivery after an hour no show called them and was told they didn?t get an order... for me. They charged me 30.00. Drove to the shop showed them an order number and my bank account where there was a 30.00 chargepending. I was told They never got an order for me and that when he clears the charges at the end of the day that 30.00 chargewill be dropped. It is now October 11th and the charge is still on my account. I called and after getting the automatedrunaround I hit the number to place an order. Got someone not at the shop it was. Call center she said she would transfer me toa manager. Placed on hold and got the automated runaround never did get to speak to a manager. Read more
Get it right the first time. Took almost 2 hours to receive food. They first took it to the wrong house. They did eventually... bring a new order, but it was not timely. If it were right the first time it would have been great. The pizza could have used abit more care, but I assume that was due to rushing the make-up order to get it to me promptly.
