Traveling from out of town, and we were told this is the best of the three Sonics located in St. Joe! Well, I?ll take my chances... on another one. It shouldn?t be that hard to get three drinks that were ordered through an app. They might be able to get it alittle more quickly if they didn?t have two of their employees taking a smoke break right out in the parking lot. Trystaggering breaks. The car next to us had to push the button to be able to get a Diet Coke and we finally had to push the buttonto get our last drink delivered. Read more
I was not impressed.. we ordered drinks online, it took me 20 minutes to drive there, once we got there I let the app know that... we were in stalled 15. It took them 20 minutes to get us two drinks. I was able to order a drink for my son at the stall fasterthan my online order was delivered. I'm not impressed with your online ordering. Make it better. Read more
We tried three stalls. No response at any of them. We tried the drive through. The car in front of us ordered, but when we... pulled up, no response. I said, ?hello?? a few times and nothing. A couple other cars ordered and were served while we satthere. I don?t know what?s going on but I won?t be trying this place again. Read more
The Sonic in Falls City has lost my patronage. I understand it's hard to find help. I understand that everyone is a new hire.... However, when I sit in my car waiting 45 minutes for my drink order and the lights go off, there is a problem. They closed andhad no record of my order. I have heard stories from others about waiting in the drive through and being told they are very busyand can't take an order. Or waiting for an app purchase that never came. Read more
Standard sonic fast food. Extremely long wait at 3:10pm on a Friday. Almost 30 minutes from pull in to food in hand.
I went to sonic today for a wonderful BLT. The second I got home and opened it I smelled burnt bread. I open it up and the bacon... is extremely UNDER cooked. Tried calling, nobody answers, and I cant leave to take it back because I have a child that's nowtaking a nap. Thank you to the not so wonderful workers at sonic. Also they are extremely rude there.
