We experienced a typical "Waffle House" meal. Meaning we did not wait long to grab a seat, we ordered drinks, when our waitress... brought the drinks, we ordered diner food from a simple menu, our food was delivered reasonably quick, we ate, and paid at thecash register. It's not fancy but it's not terrible either. I would recommend the experience if you've never been. The Waffle House and college football just sounds right. Stopped in for an All-Star Special with a double order of hashbrowns... (50 cents extra), city ham and raisin toast. My meal was downright delicious! Our service was awesome and the food came outquick and hot. Read more

The staff were great. My rating is only on my preference of the food. I've been wanting to eat here for a while, finally fit... it in today. The food was served in front of you which was interesting to watch. I enjoyed that. It was done quickly. Peoplekept coming in for sit down meals as well as to go orders. The eggs were almost tasteless to me. The crispy hashbrowns wereenjoyable and my favorite part of the meal. If we come back it'll be to try the waffles. Read more
Short handed an busy to say the least, took our order in good time an better than I expected to get our food to us. Staff... handled pressure of being slammed, rude customers, and short handed extremely well. Food wasn't effected, cook did extremelywell too. This is the closest Waffle House to Omaha, so occasionally I will make a trip down here. This last visit was great - we had... awesome service from Haylee, the food was good, fast and made as ordered. It was a little busy when we got there but we werequickly seated and got our coffee. Haylee made sure everything was correct and kept our coffees full. She also took care of myfree birthday waffle coupon (make sure you sign up for their mailing list) without any issue. We came in sat night just before midnight... there were 2 other tables ahead of us... the waitress told us it would be a short... wait to be able to submit the order. It actually took an hour for us to get food. The waitress Octavia was too busy showingphotos on her phone to the staff to efficiently wait on tables. She also appeared to be distracting the other staff. Our foodsat for 5 minutes after being finished. The kitchen had to yell for her several times. It was cold when it got to the table. Iwas given dirty utensils at the start. I spent almost the entire visit apologizing to my boyfriend for stopping here. Why isthere a pay to play jukebox at a diner? The music another patron selected was awful. If no one pays for music it's awkwardsilence. I don't understand how a diner serving easy items could have this slow of service. We never even received a tabletouch. Just Octavia walking to the table silently placing the check and walking away. We watched both tables finish eatingbefore our food even arrived. For a diner with 6 tables the service here is unacceptable. Read more
