The restaurant was filthy. One customer, 4 employees and not one table was wiped off, the floors were disgusting, the soda... counter didn?t look like it had been wiped all day, spills that had dried up, no napkins in any three of the dispensers andthey looked old either rust or food spills. the food was dried out the orange that came with my daughters food had brown spotson it- we threw it away. Simply the most disgusting place I have been in a really long time. I have pictures. I would haveleft but my daughter was having a low blood sugar issue and couldn?t wait to eat. Go to a different location. Posted hours at the door say open 10:45am-10pm. Came in at noon on a Saturday and could see people... working inside but the doors were locked. Saw 2 more customers walked up and try to go in as well. Nothing. There were two kidssitting outside waiting for them to open the doors. Then a doordasher came up to pick up an order and still nothing. Allignored. Terrible service. Looking at other?s reviews better pick a different location. Read more

Went here Friday night 9/ 9/22 about 7:30pm. I felt sorry for the 3 employees over whelmed by serving the long line of people... and doing take-out orders too. They did a great job. However the restaurant was a mess. Every table, counter, floor was litteredwith food spilled pop etc. Tables hadn't been wiped off for along time. We were busy dealing with kids so didn't notice it tillit was too late to turn around and walk out Unfortunately eating in the car or taking it home wasn't an option for us. We werethe only ones that dined in. Everyone else got their order and left. Several people were complaining about the slow service andhelp. The 3 working there (young gals) did a nice job with taking the verbal abuse from some customers, others were heardsupporting the situation they were in. Will never go there or any others. The food was mediocre at best. Pretty happy no one inour group got sick due to poor sanitation. Pretty sure behind counter and backroom was a disaster too. Read more

I am unsure why I keep coming to this Chipotle. Probably because I am in a pinch for a quick meal and don't want fast food... burgers or sandwiches in the area. The only thing this Chipotle has going for them is the consistency of flavor in their food...assuming they have it. The problems I have with location: I don't know if the store is understaffed or what, but for at leastthe last couple of years, the store is always filthy. Food all over the floor and workstations, tables are sticky, andgarbage all over the lemonade and utensils area. I would never dine in at this location. The other common problem this locationis that they are always running out of items. Particularly chips and guacamole. And because I order through their app and payfor it on the app, I won't know that they are out of anything until you get there to pick up your order. On top of that, theycan't help you at the store to get a refund for the items you paid for and didn't receive. You have to go through their app,which isn't clear where to go. You visit their bot, Pepper, and it is worthless if you can't get a hold of anyone online. Youhave to wait for a customer service person to email you. So now they hold your money for an extended amount of time, notknowing when you will get your refund. Just frustrating. My advice to anyone who visits this Chipotle is to not dine in anddon't order from their app. You're gambling on whether you are going to get everything you ordered and pay for on the app. It isa shame that Chipotle has gotten to this level at this store. We all know they aren't meeting the Chipotle standards for thisparticular store. Read more

These employees are a TEAM and it shows!! I watched in awe as they whipped out orders in perfect rhythm and harmony with each... other. Also, I don?t know if it?s my hunger talking, but I think they may cook the food a little differently- it?s much tastierthan other chipotle I?ve had! I?m extremely fond of Chipotle and have found that their quality control standards have been pretty consistent from... location-to-location, however, this location is by far an outlier. Not once, but twice I have encountered an experience where a1/3 of their food items are out, they are an hour behind on mobile orders (quoting them on it) so there is 10 people waiting,and overall an extremely messy environment. This last time I went, based on the aforementioned environment, I did not even haveenough confidence that they would cook the food safely, so I decided to leave once I got to the front of the line. If Chipotlecorporate is reading this, seriously consider doing a review of this location, and more importantly the manager/franchise ownerbecause they seem to completely disregard management best practices and the standard of Chipotle. Been going to this location for 7 years between both old and new location. Cleanliness has always been a shortcoming, but no... more. Service is now deemed completely unreliable and I?m a 22 year customer. In fact, a good friend shared the same sentimentwhen saying, ?we just stopped going because it?s unreliable.? Case in point - we ordered for 8 through the app for $90. Weordered at 5:41 pm and were offered a 6:00 PM ready time. We chose 6:20 PM. We arrived right on time and expected to wait basedon poor service previously. After many upset customers and mass confusion our final straw was the staff calling out for anymore?5:50 PM orders? when it was 6:45 PM. We gave up. We told the cashier to cancel our ?$100? order knowing they would t find itand we would have to take it up with corporate. On a positive note, corporate resolved the issue within the next business day -a sign they are getting a lot of practice. Chipotles stock price is up 7x in two years so they need to reinvest capital in bothlabor and technology. The photo attached shows only a portion of customers. Didn?t want faces. Read more
