This place is very bad about mobile app orders. I've been here many times where they claim they don't see my order that I placed... on the app only for someone else to look and then find it. Today I ordered on the app and the person at the drive through askedfor my name, found it and I saw my order on the screen and he told me to come to the window. I get to the window, and they claimthey don't have the order. The lady who I assume was the manager was very rude and said she didn't have my order and left thewindow all together. She didn't even bother looking or to help, she just said she didn't have the order. I ended up leavingwithout my order even though I already paid for it through the app. Someone there gets a free meal on me, I guess. Verydiscouraging experience. Read more
i ordered a meal at the kiosk and after me ordering it a receipt did not come out of the kiosk. (my card was charged we checked)... our orders number was displayed on the ?now serving? screen for about 30 minutes but was never served?. finally someone asked uswhat our number was and when he checked the system he said our order had ?not gone through? even though it had charged my cardand i showed him that on my bank account. he continued to make us order again and pay AGAIN for the same meal. was scammed. donot come. They technically gave us the correct food, but I requested toppings to be removed and instead they ONLY put sauce on it, and for... my wife they just didn't remove what she asked them to. Pretty ridiculous Read more

Spent time ordering at the kiosk. The kiosk didn?t spit out any number even though it said it on the screen 677. Go to counter... to pay for it and they tell me that that number doesn?t mean anything to them. Pretty sure that?s what I?ve done it every otherMcDonald?s when it makes me pay at the counter. Bummer part is had to re-order and of course the coupons/discounts I had or notapplied. After waiting 40 minutes in line at chipotle to find out they only do card to come over to McDonald?s to not even beable to order smoothly with my order correct. it?s just I guess how it goes now. Oh no! Price of large coffee went from $1.00 to $1.45. Bummer. Hummmmmmm will have to use coupon from holiday gas Staton for... June on the go coffee.. they have machines with 6 different coffees and each freshly ground beans just for your cup. Read more
very fast service, i only got a small fry but it was so delicious and unlike other mcdonald?s that close early sometimes this... place stayed open until exactly 12 pm so thank god i was able to get food at 11:55. i was so hungry and my small fry just hitthe spot. i would 100% come again, especially for the exceptional service.
