Pretty quick service. Food wasn't quite as hot as it should have been but overall not bad. Waitress was helpful
I didn?t see a drop down option on my TAKE-OUT order for my fuel surcharge to come pick it up, so I just laughed and backed out... of an online order. Hadn?t been to any location in a long while. Cannot say I?m surprised. Do people tip and pull all of theirstuff out of the bag to see if they were screwed over by airheadism? LOL. Tried calling 3 times 15min out so food would be ready for pick up. No answer. When I did arrive I waited 5 min was walked past... 2 times and a group was seated before me thanks tons for that Emma. While standing at the counter I again had to call the numberto request someone come to the front to take my order. Not even 10 people in the whole place 2pm 7/29 on a Friday. Excellent wait staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. Food temperature was nice and hot. Although desired appetizer was... unavailable, recommended substitute was not a disappointment. Chicken was good quality and cooked perfectly. Read more
I was treated so harshly. I waited a hour and 20 mins to receive food that was cold. I tried to speak with manager took 3... different times to finally speak to her and she told me she was not dealing with this just pay for any drinks i had. I willnever return and I will be calling corporate about the harsh treatment me and my family received. Read more
Wings were delicious, but we can't ever seem to get fries that aren't hard and cold. I understand that wings take a while to... cook, but either wait to cook the fries, or bring them out when they're done. Read more
