We ordered chicken baskets, burger and fries, and blizzards. Service was pretty terrible. The kids working were more... interested in what was going on for the weekend and talking to the other kids that came in rather than getting our ordertogether. Had to tell them that they forgot something and almost made our blizzards twice because the one worker didn'tcommunicate to the other worker that they were already made. The ice cream is always melted. Today he didn't even flip either blizzard over and if he would've the ice cream would've ran out... the cup. I don't understand how this place stays in business or why they don't upgrade their equipment or location. They've hadthe same issues for 30 years. Read more
The ice cream was good, but the outside is filthy. Tables are disgusting, weeds growing up through pavers, along right side, ... just dirty. The outside needs to be power washed on a regular basis if not daily. I know it's an old building but it can be keptclean. Read more
Grabbed a sugar free dilly bar and the girl gave me a total before making sure my order was complete. I had 4 more ice creams to... order and she gave me the total after each one. After the last one she said "Is that all?" Our order wasn't hard, but they stillmessed up one of the ice creams. My daughter in law refused to take it back in and have it correctly made because of thecashier's attitude so she just ate what they gave her. Read more
Usually only 1 or 2 people working. Usually very slow so if you expect fast pace, go somewhere else. Food is good most of the... time. My sister and I went here a few weeks ago though and waited at the drive thru and got no response although they were openand so she pulled forward to the window and the employee was outside talking to a friend inside of her car. This place just sucks. It?s old. It?s slow. They?re always short staffed. Now the lobby is closed. Waited 20 minutes in the... drive through and my blizzard was completely melted. We?ll be going to New Bremen or Celina from now on. Not to mention it wasover $12 for motz sticks, mini blizzard, and 2 small waters. Read more
