Pizza ordered at 3:42. Pizza recieved at 4:20. It was done and they didn't let me know. It also happened to a woman behind... me. My pizza sat on a shelf for probably 20 minutes. I was at the counter getting ignored. Awful service. Nothing like eatingcold pizza. Read more
Consistently takes an hour and a half to get your food. No matter what day of the week it is. French fries are always cold. The... once good name of Villa Nova is no more. Ridiculous to take that long for food. Never again will I be ordering from here unlessthey make some drastic changes in the kitchen. Read more
Its a tough month of food delivery from or any Carryout in this area. But twice now I've had the wrong order from Villanova... carryout I didn't complain the other day about the fresh dough pizza when it was the original crust that I ordered. But tonightI ordered at 7:45 p.m. and did not receive Tacos until 8 55 pm. Tacos were soggy unappealing the burritos on the other hand werepretty good. Read more
These employees need more sufficient customer service training. I called to ask about a delivery order and and how long that... would take and they said "we don't give time estimates" so I asked for a Max time range so I can plan dinner and they just hungup. Hung up. Once again, hung up on a paying customer...that pays the bills. Unbelievable. For a restaurant with such a goodtrack record, they better fix this and fast. Terrible delivery. This is only the second time I have had them deliver. The first time I spent about $60 on food. It took... almost 2 hrs to get it. I gave driver a tip then realized I was missing part of my order. Tonight I call at 11:30 they said theywere still delivering. I ordered 3 items. At 12:30 called to see if its coming. Well some rude person answers the phone and hungup as soon as I said my name. It is now 1:06 so I assume my food isnt coming. Last time I ever order from Villy. Guy who took order was nice. Ordered taco pizza, asked if came with jalapenos, he said no, so I requested jalapenos. They got... those right. Asked if it came w sour cream, he said yes and told me everything that came w it. Cool. Got food home in a hurrybefore movie, no sour cream....we won't eat taco pizza without sour cream. I called to explain and get credit for pizza. Wastold no, we will give you free sour cream next time....the manager said well was it on the ticket? ?!? My reply--does itmatter? The employee said it came with, and now I can't enjoy my food...then he offered to deliver sour cream. Not good on coldtaco pizza dude. Nice customer service approach NOT. Also ordered steak sub. I order that once a month or so bc my daughterlikes it. They sent pizza steak. She wouldn't eat bc pizza sauce tastes gross on that type sub. I didn't even call them aboutthis bc now I'm $30 out of food, because their employees screwed up from careless order taking. Only answer in proper customerservice at the original point of calling would have been LET US FIX IT, YOULL GET CREDIT FOR THE ITEMS PLEASE ORDER AGAIN IN THEFUTURE! Not from Villanova apparently. I Lost $30 on dinner bc they made careless mistakes. They Lost a customer of over 20years bc they couldn't spring for a taco pizza for future credit, to keep my business.
