We walked in the door and asked if they showed the Penn State games on Saturday on their TV and the girl that seated us told us... the TV was broken. When we were seated we noticed that at least 2 of the TVs were working????? It was only Friday and we wereplanning to stop back on Saturday but felt like we were not welcome. I love the place. It's my favorite in St.Mary's. One Monday night there was a party and another group gathering so we had to... wait an hour for the food we(2 guests) ordered. They were short on staff so I understand. Otherwise, the service is amazing,food taste delicious and the menu choices is just right. Read more
This place is awesome!!!!! Sausage and potatoe soup was tasty. The black diamond steak has good flavor and melted in my mouth.... The sauce was good but the pasta was a little over cooked. The garlic breadstick was really good. Canolli cake was good too. A really pleasant surprise in this small town. Read more
Ellie was an awesome waitress. Really attentive and informative. Will request her again. The food was great! I had the shrimp... scampi. My husband had the spaghetti and meatballs. One of the children had the 4 cheese ravioli. It was good. Our other childhad the burger and she said it was really good. too. We had a wonderful dining experience here. They have a large selection oflocal wines. We were surprised that a local merlot wasnt sweet (which isnt the norm for local wines) and we were pleasantlysurprised. Just sat down for lunch and welcomed with great service and super friendly faces. Jeff is the man!!! Ask him anything and he... can make the best drinks ever. **Update*** went back today to eat for lunch. Waited an hour for food and then had to get ittogo. I understand the circumstances that a business ordered food Togo and then called in and doubled the order which put ourorder behind and we are in the restaurant. When I got back to work 5mins away the food was cold and bread was hard and it wasn'twhat I expected. I will have to wait for me next visit. I have to drop my rating from a 5 down to a 3. Wonderful first visit to Casali?s Grille! We were looking for nearby restaurants when coming to the Benezette area, and we found... a winner here in St. Mary?s. Our server was spot on with service! We found out she had been on the floor only a week andprevious experience was working at a sub shop. It was obvious she received some quality training at Casali?s. The food was verynice. Presentation, Flavor and quality was evident in every course. We definitely are coming back! Update 2022: We have beenback and our last visit was as good as before. Looking forward to our next!
