I had an online order which consisted of 3 milkshakes I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time, and went in, and waited 45 minutes,... the kid doing the drinks Daniel, was so slow, and he was getting frustrated with customers wanting refunds, I ended up getting arefund, very disappointed that I didn?t get my order after waiting 45 minutes. me and my friends weren?t very satisfied with our service at sheetz today. it?s hotter than the devil?s bedroom outside and we... wanted some ice cold slushees to cool off. we walked in all excited to sit in the cool building with some cold slushees, but weweren?t able to get that. the manger was very rude and told us we couldn?t sit inside, we didn?t mind that part but what weminded the most was the slushee machine was broken, we would expect this from mcdonald?s, not sheetz. sheetz is really losingtheir game, they must not care about their food since their making bank off the gas because of inflation. they should treattheir hungry customers with some respect as well. Usually friendly staff. Incompetence in the kitchen though as you order a large chicken app and get a regular size. They can't... even get the ketchup onto a wrap and rarely remember any extra condiments. If I provided this type of food service I'd lose myjob. Read more
Sheetz is the same everywhere, it's a convenience store with made-to-order hot food, clean bathrooms, gas, plenty of drinks... (alcohol and regular) cold salads/fruit cups/snacks/candy and more. They're open 24/7, including holidays. Prices are higher,but it's there when nothing else is open. Read more
Everyone in St Mary?s showed up all at once due to a power outage. They had less staff than usual as well Did not change the... quality of the food or the service. Any other sheetz would have been crippled by this type of volume. 5/5 10/10 great job Read more
