Former employee here: would never shop here, and don't try to work here, every time I came in I was praised for how well I was... doing and how good my work was and then without warning they'll fire you for calling out even if you have a doctors note andtheir only reasoning will be "we've just decided to part ways, that's all" even if you ask for details as to what you did wrongor could've done better. Don't buy meat from the deli, they only sanitize the slicer *maybe* twice a day, which also means noneof their meat is kosher and all of their meat is cross contaminated. I've seen deli workers leave slabs and slices of meatsitting out on the counter unwrapped and open to the elements for a half hour or more at a time, before putting it in a bag andputting it out for sale. Edit: Found out recently that a handful of employees quit right after I was fired. Also, the person Iwas replaced with either hasn't been trained at all (but was working 100% unsupervised) or is incompetent. Read more

Do not use for cakes. (Rogers Cub is amazing) They never showed me the cake- other places do and I didn?t realize until I got... home and looked at it. We asked for a baseball themed cake with red white and blue colors. This looks like a farm cake quicklyturned into a last minute cake for them (we ordered 3 days in advance). Super nice employees, especially Bryan who was the cashier whose lane I went through! Only thing I wish that this store did was... offer a discount on GetUpSide, the Elk River and Monticello locations offer a GetUpside discount, but not this location. Read more

We just had my daughters graduation party and had ordered the chicken, mashed potatoes, cole slaw, and a cold noodle dish from... the deli. The food was awesome. Many people commented how much they enjoyed the food. Thanks CUB foods. Read more
Donuts are stale Sushi rice is uncooked Dont buy the rotisserie chickens, as they do NOT clean the ovens the chickens are... cooked in very often, very well, or even sanitarily. Bakery items have too many toxic ingredients and never stay fresh past theday you bought it. Coborns donuts are a thousand times better and stay fresh for days without the toxic ingredients. Thislocation has more empty shelves than any other grocery store I've gone to since the pandemic. This location also changes theirinventory more than any other grocery store I've gone to since the pandemic Its very misleading that they sell certain produceby the number but if you want that same produce in a cut up prepackage, they start selling it by the pound. THEN they put thedollar amount in big font but put the "per pound" in tiny font, explicitly to confuse you. They put too much of their signagein fine print (something many many people with disabilities struggle to see at all, much less read and comprehend) which makesit very misleading. If you're not careful you could wind up spending way more money than they made you think. A lot of productshere are overpriced compared to other Cub locations AND competitors People in the deli do not know how to do their jobsapparently The employees are nasty. Managers are extremely unbelievably rude for no reason constantly. Whoever works at thecustomer service needs to have their department changed.
