The changes they have made at the window have been an amazing change. The girl they have working the headset in drive through... most evenings is very easy to hear, repeats your order back and is very pleasant to interact with at the window. Read more
The food is good, but your order is only correct 10-20% of the time. Hopefully the high school kids can start paying more... attention to detail. Buffalo sauce instead of ketchup on a kid's cheeseburger isn't a good thing. Read more
Very disappointed pop was very flat and tasted terrible. Food was not prepared well. Fried food tasted like the fryers hadn?t... been cleaned for days. Runza is one of my go to restaurants. This St. Paul location has been disappointing. Read more
Worst Runyan ever! Lobby closes early, before 8 p.m. Fries were not done and the Runza's we ordered were supposed to be cheese.... We went back through the drive thru and the young girl says they were probably wrapped wrong, did you check to see if they hadcheese on them. Well no because shouthey be wrapped correctly?? Checked and sure enough they cut open, or I should say mutilateda regular Runza and put a slice of cheese on them. You could hardly eat it because the filling was falling out. We also orderedchicken strip and pretty sure they were microwaved. Yuck! Won't be eating here again. Read more
