It's a subway. Always good food and ingredients. 3 stars this time because 2 of 3 sandwiches were made incorrectly - ordered... through the app, picked them up, (ready in 15 minutes) and went home before opening. Close, but wrong bread and sauces/veggietoppings were switched. Read more

Had a horrible experience! The lady didn't make my sandwich right first off. Second I ordered a salad and she gave me a half of... one didn't even fill the bowl she used and it was the wrong bowl also. The lettuce was frozen and disgusting! I asked for ranchand the spicy ranch was in the ranch container so I got spicy ranch and I coughed up a storm. Very very very disappointed! Read more

Just had the worst service ever at Subway. Went through drive-through ordered our food asked for a few changes. The gal thanked... us for our order which was nice enough. But forgot she didn?t shut her mic off and complained about the fact that thank God wewere her last customer due to my husbands requested changes. Can you explain to me how you can charge me for extra cheese when all I did was substitute. The young girl at the counter argued... with me and told me it was an add on. If that?s so where is the other cheese that comes with the sandwich? Point at the littlesection that says add-ons below are extra. So if a blt lists bacon are you still charging extra for that bacon. Young peoplehave no idea what customer service means. If there was going to be additional fees you should have said something. You alsoshould have given me the at least what I paid for. At this location the manager stood back and didn?t say a word. Customerservice doesn?t exist here. And obviously the customer is always wrong as well. I?ll never eat here again. To top it off theysay 2 servings of veggies with every sandwich. They must classify a serving as a teaspoon. 4 slices of every vegetable on afootlong. I?ve had more veggies on a McDonald?s burger.
