Don?t eat here the lobby was dirty and full of fly?s. The manager was rude and couldn?t assist properly because of his poor... attitude I asked for sweet tea and they gave me a cup of watered down tea! The cashier was not trained on how to use theregister, explaining menu items, or knowledgeable about the whereabouts of simple things like ketchup, napkins, utensils,sweettea it was a complete s*** show! It's sad when a fast food joint can't keep the doors unlocked for a customer to go inside and order food. Especially when they... are located beside a fuel stop and has drivers that could walk across the street and eat. Stopped in tonight to grab a burgerand they had all the doors locked...I would look real cute dropping my trailer and pulling my truck through the drive thru justto order because someone don't want to work "too much". But they want $15hr for a minimum wage job and minimum wage work ethic. Read more
Customer service was impressive to say the least. The dining area was well cleaned nicely. Also, I received no hassle about... sitting and enjoying my food for awhile. During my travels it is a common issue to be pressured out of an establishment fasterthan I'd like, due to my appearance. The occasional location where I am welcome to set my bags down and rest for an hour ortwo, is more than just appreciated. Great experience! I usually don?t have a high expectation for fast food restaurants because they can be very grimy and the staff... can seem like they hate their lives. So while traveling, I was pleasantly surprised when we stopped in to this particularBurger King in Saint Pauls, NC. We were greeted pleasantly when we arrived and our order was taken quickly and accurately.That?s saying a lot because there were six in our party with many alterations made to the burgers. The employee taking our orderwas very competent in the task. The interior of the restaurant had obviously been updated in the recent past, as the tables,seating, and even the walls and flooring were fresh and inviting. The soda machine was newer and had many options available. Wetruly tested this, because the kid experience isn?t complete if you haven?t mixed many soda flavors into one cup. An employeewas actively attentive in maintaining the dining area, sweeping up if there was any mess left behind. The bathrooms were alsoupdated and clean. Thank you to all who made this experience so enjoyable. Caring about others and showing it in the littledetails doesn?t happen by accident. Your efforts were seen and I am grateful. I ordered 2 Big Fish Sandwiches and..... I must say that the ladies at this location have got the Burger King Quality of food... on point. You ladies deserve top compensation. Usually the foods good, but went today to try the Bacon King Burger and this is what I got. The bread was not even toasted, and... as you can see I had about one piece of bacon. I think this is false advertisement. It's call a BACON KING, but I guess baconcost to much for them. I should've got the whopper atleast it has more to it. Read more
Shut this place down, they either overload your burger or don?t put anything on it. Disgusting. Never coming here again.
