My family and I absolutely love Zachary's!!! By far my favorite restaurant in the Fayetteville and surrounding areas.. We have... tried a variety of things from here, huge portions, and great taste. They have had to increase their prices due to inflation butevery restaurant has and I promise their food is well worth the prices anyways. The pizzas are amazing real NY style pizza,Pastas are to die for especially the Alfredo which is my favorite so far and I'm picky about Alfredo theirs is homemade and alarge amount 2 people could eat from it with large portions of Chicken!!! we've had the subs and burgers as well all good!! Thisis definitely not a place you want to miss out on its a local family ran business and they are the friendly as well from thelady that takes the order on the phone and cooks to the gentleman that cashes you out it is an all a round great experience!!!They do not have in door dining due to remodeling right now but doesn't change the quality of food they have I still try toorder 1 to 2 times a week!!! The food is good, but customer service need some work, drive thru takes to long
So my husband and I decided to order lunch from Zachary's in St. Pauls NC today. Unfortunately after calling a few times I was... unable to order because I couldn't get anyone to answer. Although they did have a answering machine so I left a message statingthat I wanted to order but couldn't get through and did not know how they were able to keep customers never asking the phone, asthis wasn't the first time this has happened. Even though the website stated they were open. Shortly after I received 2 textsmessages from the owner of the restaurant. I included those messages in the post. I was very token back as I am also a managerof a restaurant for 24 years and would never speak to any of my customers in this matter. He is very unprofessional and ifwanted to text my personal phone number , he should have been more apologetic not knowing anything about me or what I do. I willnever give my hard earned money to this establishment again. And I will let everyone I come across know how he treats hisguests. I have been a customer for 20+ years and don't understand the disrespect when all we wanted was to order food and putmoney in his pocket. Never again! If it could be zero stars it would be! Read more
We have not ordered from here in a LONG time due to past issues with quality of food & service. Being burnt out on the other... restaurants in the area (Saint Pauls, NC) we decided to give them a try again. We are pleasantly surprised. We ordered aCheeseburger & Fries & Chicken Alfredo. The burger was cooked exactly as ordered. (My husband is picky but liked the burger). Iordered the Alfredo, it came with a salad & bread. The salad....the lettuce was FRESH & filled the container with all the saladmixing. The Chicken Alfredo had flavorful chicken across the top. The whole meal was good. The service at the window was good aswell. Much better than the past. We will be putting Zachary's back on our list of good places to eat. Read more
Great Pizza, Pasta. Lots of choices. Vegetarian sandwich
Been there twice & both times we had a blast. It's what some might call a humble/quiet/low key set up, but it's clean & well... staffed. The Waitresses were very nice both times & the food has been excellent. I highly recommend their "Stromboli " wow, myBrother loved their Chicken Wings, & Pizza & those who came along, loved every bite of what they had ordered too. ????????????So we give it, our 2 thumbs up! My advise to the Owner, just add a little soft, but happy music in the background ... nobiggie!
