Just finished a fantastic meal here this evening. My server "Myranda" was was fantastic. So polite and cheerful. She was... attentive and had great recommendations. I will definitely be returning just for the service alone! Excellent place to eat andI hope you are lucky enough to have her as your server. Read more

Food & service was great. I've been here several times & have not been disappointed. Not a fan of the chairs, not too... comfortable after a period of time. But overall a great place! Read more

Nice place, nice people, poor service. Arrived at 1:45 on Sunday Brunch day and asked for outdoor seating. Was asked...can you... wait 10 minutes? I said sure, no problem. We waited 15 minutes, now 2 pm (past the brunch deal). We were escorted to a nearlyempty patio...maybe 10 tables, only 3 occupied. Hmmm...wait 10 minutes? For what? Then-- we sat at our table for 18 minutes--completely ignored by a waitress who diligently serviced the three other tables. We are now nearly 30 minutes at this place andno service-- other than delayed seating. We had our order all ready...drinks and food, but we left. Tired of being ignored. Hope your experience is better. Read more

The atmosphere was unique. The food was delicious, although portions were smaller than anticipated. We really liked their... unique drink selection. It's nice to see that they were adequately staffed and easily able to keep up with Friday night rush. Read more

This beastly brisket behemoth has a title: The Lone Star. Yeah I know, interest rates are rising and some menu prices are goin?... up. But I?d still take out a loan to eat this star sandwich ???????? Alright alright, it?s time to meet the meats on the menu???? The Lone Star ?? ???? ???? Smoked, trimmed brisket with caramelized onions and garlic aioli on a toasted bun ButtermilkChicken Sandwich ???? ???? Buttermilk marinated chicken, battered, fried and served on a bun topped with coleslaw and herbmayo Meat Platter ???? ???? ???? with a LOT of stuff And Fried pickles ???? aka Eggroll pickle spears and pepper jack cheeseserved with sriracha ranch. from the 3rd Street Tavern in Saint Peter, MN ?????????? This place is no joke and all smoke ????The moment you enter ya know you?re in a barbecue establishment. One particular positive note is that it didn?t seem too loud, which was more conducive to conversation. My order was indeed to Lone Star, but I didn?t feel alone at all with this comfortdish ???????? The brisket was tender while still flavorful and hearty. Onions and aioli were absolute perfect partners here, serving as savory, rich additions to an already almost-overboard sandwich (in a good way, of course:) The chicken sandwich gotmostly compliments from its consumer? once they sent out a replacement that followed the orderers instructions ???? But here?sthe rule for this reviewer: if they fix it, you betcha I?ll forgive and forget it. In the end, we said this sandwich stood out???? And what could be the matter with a giant meat platter?! ???? I didn?t hear any complaints from the diners who downed thisdoozie. Specific praise goes to the au gratin potatoes and pulled pork ???? And finally, the funky finale, which was not in theordinary chip-style. It was also PHENOMENAL ???? Despite the name, in terms of Saint Peter barbecue, 3rd street comes infirst. Don?t have enough words to thank the Doughertys for dinner and selecting some unique items!! Read more

Could not have picked a better place for a stop on our long road trip. The food was so good that I would go out of my way to... make a stop there on our way home. We got the chicken sandwich and the cajun fettuccine - two these that are generally notsomething to write home about but they were FANTASTIC. The service was great and the decore of this place was super cool. Read more
