I used to LOVE going here but the last I'd say 6 months when I get my coffee it is never the same. I get the same Caramel Cold... Brew and sometimes there's no caramel, or it's very light almost like no coffee, so it has gotten to be so inconsistent that Itypically go to Caribou now. If they can get on the same page making the drinks the same across the board I'd be more than happyto go back more. Read more
Iced coffee on a hot day. Employees were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Drinks came out fast and my son enjoyed his... post t-ball donut. Parking lot is on the tight side, follow the signs so you're going the right direction, unlike me. Read more
Our order was 75% incorrect. We ordered 4 items via drive-thru (since the indoor dining area was closed). They forgot 1 item and... made 2 other items incorrectly. We were able to park and wait to get the missing items but didn't catch the other 2 errors untilwe got home. Contacted Dunkin thru Facebook who put me in touch with the manager. She apologized and is sending me a gift cardto make things right. Read more

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. Their customer service and coffee-making skills are terrible. I have watched... numerous baristas dump out coffee to make room for the lid to close on iced beverages. I don?t understand how hard it is to notadd too much ice so that we get the full 6$ coffee we paid for. I have brought this to their attention numerous times withnothing fixing it. When I order less ice, I get the rude comment of, your drink will be less full. I get that, I just want toreceive the coffee I paid for and not watch it be poured down the drain. Today, was my last straw of this complete idiot store.Today was national coffee day, so each order received a free medium coffee. I ordered my meal and paid for it and asked where myfree coffee was and they said I needed to ORDER it to get it. I asked why I should need to ORDER a free coffee, and if that isthe case, make it known when ORDERING. They refused to give me a .99 cent coffee for FREE because I failed to order my FREECOFFEE. They have zero common sense and zero customer service satisfaction. If you are in the need of coffee, go elsewhere,because clearly, it takes a scientist to make a decent cup of coffee. They have lost all my service, it doesn?t surprise me thatthey can?t keep enough staff there to stay open until their designated time. One of the most friendly Dunkin locations you'll ever go to. So much better than the Mankato location .Their drive thru is very... efficient and the employees so sweet! They're never too busy to make you feel at home. You can tell it is managed really well,as all the employees seem so upbeat! We visit this Dunkin at least once a week. If they every mess up (which is rare) theyalways make it right with extra munchkins. Also, they really are great with mobile ordering, unlike other Dunkin locations. Wehighly recommend stopping here, especially before you travel, their drive thru is top notch! Read more
