Come here almost every weekend love the place but if you don't have this one certain lady make your sub u might as well not go... there.....went there today had some guy make my food and he squirted BBQ sauce ALL OVER the outside of my sandwich making it ahuge mess and very difficult to eat.....like I said when I go there and have a certain lady make my sub everything is amazingshe must be the manager or something but other than her I'm sorry erbert and gerberts the rest of ur employees suck Read more
The food was good but delivery takes a ridiculously long time. A DoorDash person picked up my order after it should have been... delivered, and it wasn?t even dinner time. They need to have more control over them. Could hurt business Read more
I usually like E&G but it seemed different when I ate at this location. There was 1 person in a rush, taking orders, making food... and answering phones so the young man was doing all he could but waited quite a while just for a sandwich. Personally, Iwouldn't go back, but 1 employee was running the whole place during lunchtime so I gave 4 stars for him showing up! Read more
I love Erbert and Gerberts but I live around an hour away from it. Today, I went out of my way to get it at the St. Peter... location and placed an order online. When I got home I realized they did not add the pickle(1.49 just to add it) or extratomatoes! There was no way I was going to drive all the way back just to get my extra tomatoes and pickle. The point is when Icalled to explain this to them they said sorry we can offer our coupons and mail them to your house. When I declined he said okhave a good night bye! I have eaten here for delivery and dine in. Both experiences were pleasant ones. Delivery was very quick and my meal came warm.... I like their options for food such as the boxed meal ( example sandwich, soup, cookie..) or the combo (example sandwich, drink,soup..). They have an app where you can get coupons and points which is pretty cool. The employees are nice ????. Read more
I just ordered a brisket sandwich and a Mac and brisket cup. I couldn't even eat more than a few bites of either. Tasted like a... pound of salt on both. That's all I could taste was salt. The lady on phone helping with ordering or address was really nice andthe delivery guy was also really nice. Read more
