Typically goof experiences. Yesterday we went and the girl taking our order went from happy to sounding annoyed quickly. I work at McDonald's on Madison Ave in Mankato. I work breakfast lunch dinner, all of it and I've never seen worse costumer... service than this morning when I stopped for a coffee and hotcakes in saint Peter. I understand that it gets busy and peoplemess stuff up under the pressure, but we didn't get any kindness either, no thank yous no sorrys just here you go. And when wewhere given our order wrong they did fixed it with the wrong amount. I don't ever say this to dis a company I seriouslyunderstand how stuff gets messed up. I've been there and I've slipped up too. But this didn't seem like there was any kindnessabout it either. I really want to see improvement, I love working at mcds and I don't want to see another company struggling.Please know, I get it. It's not the orders that upset me that makes sense if it's busy...
